The Workshop keynote speaker, Dr. Parin Somani enumerated the theme and objectives of the workshop especially on the need for practical education to ensure effective linkage between academia and industry. She explained how important it is for students to understand the expectations that the Industry has from fresh graduates as it will help in the effective transition from campus to professional life.

While discussing the corporate grooming, Senior Director of IMS Noida, Dr. Kulneet Suri said, “We have organized the session for students to build confidence, develop self-esteem, and to bring positive changes in the attitude & behavior of the participants.
