8th December 2022 New Delhi: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi,
has recently released the counseling schedule for the INI CET January session. INI CET stands
for the Institute of National Importance Common Entrance Test. By qualifying for the INI CET,
students can get admission into post-graduate courses at 17 premier medical colleges of India.
These colleges include all 13 AIIMS, JIPMER, NIMHANS, PGIMER Chandigarh, and SCTIMST
Trivandrum. The INI CET offers admission in PG courses such as MS, MD, MDS, DM, and
MCh.

The INI CET January sessions counseling process starts on 10 December at 11 am, and
qualified students can fill in choices till 12 December at 5 pm. The result of the mock round of
counseling will be declared on 14 December, and students can fill out the choices for the first
round of counseling from 15 December at 11 am to 17 December at 5 pm. Similarly, the result
for the first round of seat allocation will be released on 23 December. Students can accept the
allocated seat online from 24 December to 28 December.

AIIMS Delhi will release the 2nd round of seat allocation on 6 January 2023 and can accept the
allocated seat online from 7 to 10 January. If some seats remain vacant after the second round
of counseling, the subject, and specialty-wise tentative vacancies will be published on 13
January. Students can register for the open round counseling of IMI CET from 14 to 18 January.
The open round seat allocation result will be released on 27 January, and students can accept
the seats allocated online from 28 to 31 January 2023 and report for the same.

According to Mr. Gaurav Tyagi, the founder of CareerXpert, the counseling process holds
immense value in INI CET. As per Mr. Tyagi, sometimes students fail to get a good seat in a
better college because of the lack of proper guidance. With appropriate and timely direction,
students can quickly get into the college of their choice. These tips can help INI CET aspirants
get their dream specialty seats in their dream colleges.

● Get the previous years trend:
Students who want to get into a better college with a decent rank should try to learn about the
previous years seat allocation trends. These trends can give a rough idea to students about the
marks versus rank seats allotment process.

● Quality of Institution:
While all colleges in the INI CET are of national importance, many of these colleges are pretty
new. For example, out of a total of 13 AIIMS, half havent a history of more than 10 years. On
the other hand, there are also institutes such as PGI Chandigarh and JIPMER with glorious
pasts. So, students should always consider the institutes quality before selecting them. The
quality of the institute depends on many factors, such as infrastructure, the permanence of
faculty, and patient exposure, among various other things.

● Get the help of a professional counselor:
Having an expert hand on your side never hurts, so students who dont want to screw up their
chance of getting a subject or specialty of their choice must get the help of a professional
career counselor.

So, by following these tips of Mr. Gaurav Tyagi, students can get into their dream college
and specialist.

On My Own Technology (OMOTEC), a dynamic innovation and research centre that brings STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths) learning to children, has organised a hands-on workshop on Robotics for students between March 30, 2021 and April 8, 2021.

The 10-day robotics summer workshop, which will be conducted in centre as well as online, is designed in such a way that it combines fun with the opportunity for kids and teens to build and engineer robots while learning artificial intelligence, visual coding, and machine learning.

This workshop will also have students solve competitive challenges where kids and teens can task their robots with specific actions.

Technology is constantly changing the way we do things today. Artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotics are playing a crucial role in this. Most of the schools worldwide have already included robotics in their curriculum. This summer workshop is an attempt to give an opportunity to students to get hands-on experience in robotics in a fun-learning way,” OMOTEC Founder, Shekhar Jain said.

These Robotics workshops will allow students to create an app-enabled as well as controlled robots. It will also enable them to create autonomous robots that act on their own.

There are innumerable opportunities in Robotics workshop with OMOTEC where students explore the opportunity to build and code online with live instructors, create and automate circuits with Arduino, build your own bots, and see how various mechanical and electronic construction create movement with loads of fun learning,” Jain added.

During the workshops, students will also get to learn how to create Robots that pick up objects and understand how Robots conduct specific tasks of navigating a maze, navigating an obstacle course or sorting through colour coded lines.

    Why Robotics?

Everything from cars and smartphones to thermostats and gaming consoles are tied to robotics and mechanical engineering. Whether kids dream of becoming a Hardware Designer at Apple or an Aerospace Technician at NASA, robotics camp teaches the skills required to make it a reality.

Autonomous robots, self-driving cars and delivery bots are terms used to describe robots that use sensors to enable actions with little or no human interaction. Robotics offers a number of benefits like problem solving and computational thinking skills

Moreover, the most important benefit of Robotics is it’s a gateway to coding and STEM subjects where students learn applied knowledge of Science and Math.

    Relevance of Robotics Summer Workshop

Typically, summer vacation is the time when children look forward to play, enjoy with their friends, cousins, going to places and making memories of fun and laughter. But due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases, parents are already worried about allowing their kids to go out. Also, due to the restrictions imposed, students have been practically locked in their homes since last one year with very limited opportunities to learn new things that will not only enhance their capabilities but also make them future ready in AI. The idea behind organising this camp during summer was that since this period is of transition for kids from lower grade to higher grade and parents are also eager to expose their children to new skills which will complement their overall growth in the next academic year, even students will get a hands-on experience in a difficult subject like robotics in a fun learning environment.

    What Will Students Learn?

    • Building new interests and independent thinking.
    • Making, experimenting and creating robots
    • Students can build and code online with instructors
    • Executing real practical projects at home with live instructions.
    • Create and automate circuits with Arduino

The fees for the 10 day workshop would be Rs.8999 inclusive of Robotic Kit delivered at your doorstep.

In conversation with Dr.Mukesh Kwatra, Founder, Smiling Tree

What is the roadmap ahead for Smiling Tree?

Smiling Tree, over the last nine years has carried out hundreds of plantation drives, anti-plastic drives and spreading awareness to protect the environment. The sapling planted in 2012 is now a grown-up plant. And we together strive to make the plant grow into a giant tree.

A big number of like minded green warriors are involved with the Smiling Tree. Together the aim is to keep on planting trees, spreading awareness about environmental sustainability, making people aware of harms and alternatives to plastic in daily lives, how to lead an eco-friendly life, educating children at a young age about the above causes, educating the farmer community of India about the climate smart way of agriculture, and so on. Smiling Tre…

How does your work benefit society?

This question can be answered by any person living in a polluted environment, especially people living in places like Delhi, which is one of the most polluted cities of the world.

Who doesn’t want to breathe in clean air, who doesn’t want a pollution free environment, who doesn’t want to save his or her generations from the disastrous effects of climate change, who doesn’t want to have a chemical free food diet, who doesn’t want that the natural resources are always available in abundance?

Smiling Tree’s efforts are to make all the above things positively possible for the society.

How did you become interested in Environmental work?

Well, the credit goes surely to my son Nirbhay, who ignited the spark through his green initiative Smiling Tree.

I, like most of us, was so engrossed in my daily routines, busy life and was oblivious of how we humans are blindfolded to the depleting resources around and degradation of Earth.

I realized that a huge effort is required and that made me study more and more, how and what is to be done to take care of our environment and make Earth a better place. I do understand that what I am doing would be like a drop in the ocean, but as Mother Teresa said, ‘Even the ocean would be less without that missing drop’!

How Development and growing forestation can go hand in hand?

Development can go hand with forestation or more aptly described, with Nature. This is possible if the stairs leading to development are in conjunction with the environment, that’s exactly what we call is “Sustainable Development”. It implies meeting the needs of the present using the natural resources, without compromising the ability and availability of the resources for future generations to meet their needs. If there is a lack of coordination between these two factors, it would be an unsustainable approach and as a result we harm the environment.

How can we teach children environmental protection from a young age?

This is something I have been strongly advocating for quite some time. Children are the future, and that is precisely the reason why they need to be educated at a tender age so that they grow up to lead a sustainable and eco-friendly life.

There should be a compulsory Environment class in the curriculum in schools, with interesting kids’ friendly activities to involve them and evolve them. In fact, at junior levels, a monthly activity should be planned with parents as accomplices. The idea is to make it a family endeavour. If the child carries forward what he does at school, at home too, then that would surely make a strong foundation.

As an environmentalist which area you are more concerned about?

This is hard to answer. To a true environmentalist, any issue which is harmful for the environment, is of concern. More or less is not to be considered.

Myself and Smiling Tree strives and will keep on striving for the Environment benefit at large. Be it climate change, deforestation, unsustainable use of natural resources, use of plastics, gas emissions, fossil fuels burning, or any other issues, all are of concern.

We aim to make our Earth green and will always give our best for that.

When was the smiling tree launched? What was the idea behind the launch of the smiling tree?

‘SMILING TREE’ is a green initiative started by my son Nirbhay Kwatra in 2012. He was at that moment a 10-year Modern School student who had a savor for our home, our planet, Earth. His vision was to seek and garner support of people from all walks of life to form a significant ‘green collective’ and plant trees in abundance besides spreading awareness to inculcate habits of using clean, renewable energy in our daily lives and furthering green cover.

As a momentous ‘first step’ a ‘SMILING TREE GO GREEN WALK’ was organized on the 15th of January,2012 at Lodi Gardens, Delhi. The event was a great success thanks to an overwhelming and ardent response from the masses. People from all age groups were not only inquisitive about the cause but were very ‘appreciative’ too. They were surprised to notice a young ten-year-old kid having such awareness and zest for a clean and green environment.

I have been supporting Nirbhay throughout and now as he is busy with his studies and career development, I have taken over the initiative to carry on the good work.

In one statement, what message do you have to the coming generation?

The following verses from one of my poems would be my message for coming generations –

Let’s reinvent our lives or Earth will pause,

We will adapt and adopt, it’s a green cause.

    Sustainable living and deforestation tamed,

May the Earth know that we have changed.

By Dr. N.K Sharma, Director at Reiki Healing Foundation

The naturopathy principle was first used by the Hippocratic School of Medicine in about 400 BC. The Greek philosopher Hippocrates thinks of viewing the whole person in view to finding a cause of disease and using the laws of nature to encourage cure.

Before starting the article, you should know what is Naturopathy? A Naturopath empowers the patient to take responsibility for his/her own health by teaching self-care, they are not just another doctor for consultation, they do not emphasis much on treatments but try to open the eyes of the patients, they educate them the laws of nature and health, they are made to believe that their body is all the time engaged in the healing process, striving for normal condition. The idea of Naturopathy is to work with the body, to help it in its natural ability to heal and keep healthy. Treatments are natural and include herbal remedies, lifestyle changes, and dietary modifications, and in some cases other balancing techniques including massage and acupuncture.

If you have a concern in working with people, helping and enabling them to improve, maintain or recover their health and well-being, and doing so in a personal, gentle manner, Naturopathy could well be the career for you! This article is written with the purpose to educate the aspirants who want to choose a career in Naturopathy.

Scope for Naturopathy doctors in India

A career in Naturopathy (Complementary medicine) is not allied with an ordinary 9 to 5 job. As a Naturopath, you have to treat with different clienteles, which can range from elderly people with chronic health objections to pregnant women with their children or the people suffering from constant high stress. The final objective of the Naturopath is to gradually and smoothly improve the health of their patients by allowing and motivating them to adapt to a much healthier lifestyle.

Obviously, there are healings that are aimed at the illness-causing different symptoms, but not at masking the individual symptoms themselves. It’s about treating the whole body, its physical, emotional, and mental aspects.

    Skills and Knowledge

Complementary medicine has been considered by western medical practitioners. In India, naturopaths are assigned in govt. as well as private hospitals and health centers. On the other hand, they can also start their own undertakings as well. Naturopathy deals with the body as a whole. As such, naturopaths must have knowledge about the human biological sciences from anatomy and physiology to cell and molecular biology. They should have a clear idea of the current knowledge of pathophysiology and symptomatology, a comprehensive understanding of nutrition, medicinal herbs as well as digestive anatomy and physiology.

    Career options

Naturopaths can opt for different fields based on their expertise, sector, choice, interest, and knowledge. Some of the important broad disciplines where a naturopath may find good opportunities are- Academic, Hospital and Healthcare Administration, Research, Management & Administration, Health Supervisor, and Naturopathy Consultation in the form of an instructor, expert, specialist

    Opportunities in Government jobs

Naturopathy degree holders may have a good chance of taking up employment in the government sector. Moreover, they have healthier employment opportunities outside the country as well. Both the government and private sectors offer a good salary package for a deserving naturopathic provider. The center and the state governments are continuously at the forefront to hire such experts for their various organizations.

    Salary offers

Naturopaths generally earn more when they start their own practice or clinics. On the other hand, the earnings may still vary, depending on the number of patients they see every day. The Initial salary of naturopaths can be in the range of Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month. In developed countries like Britain and America, the salary range varies between USD 15,000 to 25,000 per annum.

    Eligibility Criteria

A number of govt. and private colleges in India suggest a Naturopathy course, Bachelor of Naturopathy Sciences (BNS). Go through the following points to have in-depth knowledge about the course. If you want to enroll in BNS, then you must have cleared class 12th with subjects as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognized board with 55% of the aggregate marks.

The minimum age for joining the course is 18 years. After successfully completing the BNS, one can pursue higher studies in M.Phil. and Ph.D.

    Prevention is better than cure

A Naturopath may take away toxic substances and conditions from a patient’s lifestyle to prevent the onset of further disease. The simple law of health is that body is not designed to become sick, sickness is to be earned by our wrong choices and lifestyle. If do not choose disease, the body will never create any symptoms till the last breath. Except for naturopathy, there is no known therapy or pathy on this earth which can be called preventive medicine.

Job prospect of B-schools in 2021?

Amidst the significant disruption caused by COVID-19 pandemic, though the companies are still hiring, their expectations from young graduates in terms of skill-sets have increased for obvious reasons. The year 2021 will be the year of recovery in a big way, although top packages might see a hit but the total number of placements and the average package will remain unaffected.

What are the new trends to be seen B-Schools Curriculum in 2021?

The curriculum for all B-schools will undergo transformational changes and will become more rigorous and skill-oriented in a gradual manner in 2021 with the adoption of National Education Policy. Practical knowledge and application-based learning will be the key focus for all the institutions. Blended learning is an important pedagogy for B-Schools; the same has been put forward quite well in the NEP 2020. Blended learning broadens the horizon and develops skill sets, which are essential for the students to succeed in the 21st century’s technologically advanced environment. Also, it offers flexibility to students to enroll in part-time courses so that they have more control over how they choose to structure their personal learning experience. Blended education offers online components to allow increased flexibility, while attending classes and at the same time interacting with cohorts and professors to build a business network in a similar way as in a full-time course which is the need of the hour.

Going forward we at JKBS, betting big on outcome-based approach and problem based learning in order to harness the “higher-order thinking skills” (HOTS). This will foster analytical and critical thinking abilities of students and help them make data-based decisions and inculcate cross-cultural perspectives so they can function seamlessly in a global business environment. Thus, our focus will be majorly on working on real-time projects with industry professionals to give students firsthand experience of the real-world scenarios.

In the last few years, there has been exponential growth in data generated by people and objects has far outpaced the growth in talented resources that can derive value out of it. There is an unusually high gap between the supply and demand of outstanding professionals who can understand the data and derive useful business intelligence from it. Inorder to bridge this gap, Business Analytics is undoubtedly the need of the hour.

Business Analytics will be the core pillar B-School curriculum to achieve growth and competitive advantage. This is also to ensure that upcoming generations are having a strong learning base in one of the most alluring careers in days to come.

What challenges are you facing in providing digital education?

As coronavirus upends the world, we adopted Google Meet under G-Suite as our preferred platform for the delivery of lectures to ensure that students don’t miss a single class of their ongoing trimester. Google Classroom is an excellent platform as a one-stop solution for all course-related activities including examination and evaluation. Therefore, COVID- 19 did not impact our learning pedagogy much. The students were well-acquainted with the online classroom learning during their regular classes too. We ensured that our students stay safe during these unprecedented times and their learning doesn’t stop.

The only disadvantage of online learning is the loneliness of a learner which creeps in when you’re engaging with technology and learning all by yourself. It can cause fatigue. To address that, we facilitated group discussions, joint presentations, and assignments in order to increase interaction among peers in virtual classrooms. In the future, there has to be a judicious mix. B-schools have the responsibility to prepare students for a corporate career. So, teaching students to perform tasks online and work with team members is crucial and inescapable.

Industry-education partnerships have always been an important part of JKBS, digital education has highlighted the need for such support more than ever. As it will augment the research facilities to students and groom them to deal with the challenges arising due to the technological advancements.

What is the scenario of campus placement for the next batch?

At present, companies might be reluctant to hire, but to maintain a relationship with business schools in the future, they will be taking part in the placement process and hiring students. In Spite of the challenges companies are hiring, it will definitely increase from the next batch onwards. Also, placement prospects of business schools aren’t going to be affected in terms of the numbers but in terms of the highest packages given. We are hoping that by the next placement session situations will improve and will come under control.

In conversation with Young India Fellowship, Ashoka University ex-fellows.

    Prabhat Kumar

    1. How did YIF change your life?

Having farming family background, studied in government school and college, YIF changed my life in following ways – improved my soft skills and inculcated critical thinking approach; exposed me to a global and vibrant global community and taught me to deal with it efficiently; allowed me to explore various subjects to get out of my comfort zone.

    1. How should aspiring candidates prepare for the fellowship?

Be yourself. Understand the objective of fellowship and then prepare yourself accordingly. YIF values learning spirit for excellency and you need to answer how this programme will help you to achieve that.

    1. What do you currently do?

I am the Founder of SumArth. The organization is trying to establish agriculture as an established profession for the future generation. Currently our focus is on Bihar’s farmers. We are working towards increasing the income of farmers by introducing cash crops in the state.

    1. What motivated you to start SumArth?

I belong to a farmers’ family. Since my childhood, I have witnessed the plight of a farmer in Bihar. From my early childhood my family suggested me to do one thing “Never get involve in Agriculture” because they have not witnessed regular cash flow in this sector.

After my engineering, YIF and work experience; I started SumArth to solve the problem of cashflow in Agriculture in Bihar.Today we have 15,000+ farmers in Gaya and we are one of the largest producers of onion and mushroom in Bihar.

    Anoop Maurya

    1.      How did YIF change your life?

Given that I came from a socio-economically weaker background, it was a bit difficult for me to settle initially. However, YIF opened a whole new world of possibilities for me and broadened my horizon. All the batch mates, faculty and Founders are very empowering. I was the second youngest in my batch and had the opportunity to mingle with people with diverse backgrounds. There were engineers, lawyers, photographers, architects. Being at YIF helped me in understanding which direction my life should take. Being at YIF and getting liberal arts education helped me in imagining and putting down my thoughts on paper. Till today, I have the support from Pramath Raj Sinha, Amit Chandra. Meeting my batch mates and these influential founders is the central point of my answer because when you meet such people, you are inspired.

    2.      How should aspiring candidates prepare for the fellowship?

Anybody aspiring to prepare for YIF should understand that YIF is not a regular programme which has a set criteria. But one should try and spend enough time on application essays. They are self-revealing. You just need to be who you are. Do not shy from showing your true self, being bold and speaking up of your vulnerabilities, strengths, weaknesses. YIF looks for people who have passion for building something. YIF welcomes all kinds of people but what it definitely looks forward to is an unreasonableness in the way you look at the world and how you go about in navigating the tumultuous nature of the world. YIF encourages people to find solutions to problems that can make this world a better place.

    3.      What do you currently do?

I am the Founder and President of Bharat Navodaya Abhiyan. BNA is a public service wing of the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas’ alumni network which is a national coalition of over 12 lakhs rural educated Indians. The portal enables, encourages and unites students and alumni of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas to impact and lead 21st century India and the world.

    4.      What motivated you to start Bharat Navodaya Abhiyan? What does BNA do?

By the time I graduated, I was sure that I wanted to work with this network of my school of Navodaya Vidyalaya Alumni Network. I realized that this was a huge and powerful network, largely untapped. That’s where the potential and opportunity lied. I wanted to help and serve my people. Gradually, we started Navodaya Scholar Programme, flagship initiative of Bharat Navodaya Abhiyan. This we launched in partnership with the Ministry of Education, GoI. We select top 30-40 high school students from rural communities and work with them for two years. They go through a leadership journey that prepares them for college life etc. The programme gives them 21st century skills.

Four Mumbai students have won laurels for 2 projects as the Initiative for Research and Innovation in STEM (IRIS) National Fair for showcasing their unique innovations in the field of

    1. Genital skin cancer recognition with 4D Haptic technology for remote access
    2. And Scalable analysis systems for detection of dyslexia in young children.

All the four students, Sidharth Jain (17), Aasimm Khan (17), Tvisha Gala (16) and Kareena Shankta (17), are mentored by an excellent team of tutors of OMOTEC (On My Own Technology), which teaches STREAM (Science, Technology, Research, Engineering, Art and Maths) and courses on robotics, among others.

Of these four, Sidharth Jain and Aasimm Khan, both from Jamnabai Narsee International School, have won the Grand Award at the IRIS National Fair for showcasing their non-invasive screening and classification of skin cancer lesions in genital regions. They will now represent India at the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF), a mega international competition to be held in the USA later this year.

The other two students Tvisha Gala who is learning through home schooling, and Kareena Shankta, from Dhirubhai Ambani International School won the Special American Psychological Society Award at IRIS for devising scalable measures of dyslexia in children through eyeball tracking and phonological testing using machine learning algorithms.

We are really proud of our students for winning this prestigious award. Their project, backed with machine learning-based skin cancer recognition and analysis system which also creates a haptic 4D haptic model for distance diagnosis was appreciated at IRIS National Fair. We wish them more success in the future,” OMOTEC Co-founder Shekhar Jain said.

The project presented by Sidharth and Aasimm was aimed at screening suspicious lesions on the skin of the genitalia region to aid dermatologists to conduct only necessary biopsies with least invasive measures thus avoiding unnecessary lesion removal and pain, since biopsy for skin lesions in the genital region is extremely painful resulting in severe pain, infection, numbness, stinging, bleeding and blackness in the area.
The scope of the project identifies non-cancerous and cancerous, pre-malignant and malignant skin lesions and then specifically classified into five cancer classes as Actinic Keratosis, Basal Cell Carcinoma, Intraepidermal Squamous Carcinoma, Melanoma, and Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Among these cancers, Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC) is estimated for about 80 per cent of vulvar and penile cancers.

The innovation by Tvisha Gala and Kareena Shankta included designing a prototype to identify dyslexia in children through eyeball tracking and speech recognition technology.
The project is crucial as the onset of dyslexia in children begins as early as 5 or 6 years of age when the child starts developing the skill of reading and it is very difficult to identify it at such a tender age. But with this prototype screening quantifiably identifying the problem at a very early age will be possible by an eyeball tracking and speech recognition technology.
Every year IRIS National fair, a public-private partnership initiative funded by the Department of Science & Technology (DST) is organized to promote and nurture Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) research among young Indian innovators. This platform recognizes and rewards outstanding projects and provides young innovators a platform to get recognized at the national and international STEM events.
The IRIS National fair is conducted every year in India for school students, who participate in 21 subject categories and till 2020, nearly 265 Indian students have already participated in ISEF and have won around 160 awards and accolades at this mega international event.

Commenting on the success of the students, Reetu Shekhar Jain, Co-founder of OMOTEC said, “Students who succeed at this fair win not only accolades but also get an opportunity to have a planet named after them. Since 1999 till 2020, nearly 31 students have had this unique honour of having planets named after them, an initiative by Lincoln Laboratories, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.”

Founded by Shekhar and Reetu Jain in 2016, OMOTEC offers a wide range of stimulating, educational, STREAM & robotics programs integrating mechanical/ electronics/ programming / design and construction/ research and innovation including product design and development for young minds ranging from pre-primary to 12th grade (K-12) and to the students from graduate schools and engineering colleges.

What is your opinion about the budget 2021?

The Union Budget 2021-22 has tremendous potential to uplift the effectiveness of India’s schooling systems. Its initiative to establish 750 Eklavya model residential schools will work towards making education more accessible and affordable and features like the National Digital Educational Architecture and skilling initiatives will help support learners while they prepare for the future. Its greatest strength lies in the policies to raise the standard of pedagogies and scale-up higher education through the National Education Policy.

I believe the future of schools do not lie in a brick-and-mortar style of learning with fixed-age classrooms, that board examinations should be dropped or based on open-book/open-Google examinations to force a change in the approach to teaching and learning. So, the lower allocation, as compared to the last two years, and the diminutive policies attributed to digital and online education is concerning. However, overall, the budget definitely stands to bring a much-needed change for schooling institutions, teachers, and learners.
